This is the International OCD Foundation's (IOCDF's) treatment guidelines for OCD. It covers all researched and effective treatments for OCD, gives education about treatment options, as well as information about therapies that are not effective or could be potentially harmful in the treatment of OCD.

-
IOCDF OCD Medication Guidelines
-
This is the IOCDF's medication guidelines for treating OCD in conjunction with ERP, if it's appropriate. Many prescribers are not aware of these guidelines. It can be helpful to review them and provide your prescriber with a link to these guidelines.

Books/Multimedia

Relationship OCD: A CBT-Based Guide to Move Beyond Obsessive Doubt, Anxiety, and Fear of Commitment in Romantic Relationships by Sheva Rajaee, MFT
-
This is a very readable self-help guide for Romantic Relationship OCD to get you going/exposed to basic principles regarding Relationship OCD. It's well-organized, discusses OCD and treatment in similar ways that I would explain them, and covers topics that are unique and relevant to this subtype. I recommend this book to clients struggling with this subtype.
